Our CEO & Founder, Caitlin Pilson, is passionate about family and restoration. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and a Masters Degree in Management and Leadership. She has spent the last ten years working with at-risk families, individuals with disabilities, and children & youth from infancy to young adulthood. Caitlin has spent the majority of her career working as a Family Services Specialist in Prevention and Foster Care at The Department of Social Services. She also worked as a Family Consultant at a Licensed Child Placing Agency providing Therapeutic Foster Care. 

 At Groundwork Group LLC, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support families and assist social services and community partners in addressing the various challenges that families encounter. Our services include in-home prevention assessments to identify and address potential issues, reliable transportation assistance to help families access vital resources, and parental enrichment programs that aim to strengthen family dynamics and support positive child development. Through these services, we strive to create lasting solutions that benefit both families and the broader community. 

Our Crew Supervisors possess at least a bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field, a minimum of 8 years of experience in child welfare, licensing, foster care, prevention, and/or assessments and investigations, and are CPR/First Aid certified. Additionally, they are well-versed in working with children with diverse diagnoses and are certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid.  Our crew members hold various credentials and operate under the direction of a crew supervisor.
